Rules and Regulations for the Friends of the Riders Touchdown Lottery 2010

  1. The Friends of the Riders Touchdown Lottery 2010 is eligible to be won by anyone purchasing a $100.00 ticket on the draw except for:
    1. Persons under the age of 18 (in these cases prizes will be awarded to their legal guardian if applicable or will be redrawn if not applicable).
    2. Any member, spouse or child living at home with a member of:
      • the Friends of Riders Directors
      • the Roughrider Board of Directors
      • the Staff of the Roughriders
      • Players and Coaches of the Roughriders
  2. The Friends of the Riders Touchdown Lottery 2010 retains the right to publish the name and address as well as a photograph of any winners.
  3. Only 30,000 Tickets will be sold.
  4. All prizes must be claimed before or on March 31st, 2011.
  5. Grand Draw:
    1. Ticket Sales will be cut off at midnight Wednesday, November 3rd, 2010.
    2. The Grand Draw is at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 4th, 2010 at Taylor Field in Regina.

      3. --If all tickets sold by September 30th Grand Prize Draw will be on October 7, 2010

    3. Each sold ticket is eligible to win on every prize drawn in the Grand Draw.
    4. All prize draw winners will be notified by either telephone or mail.
    5. All prizes must be accepted as awarded. (No Substitution)
  6. Scratch and Win Pak:
    1. A Scratch and Win Pak will be issued for every Friends of the Riders Touchdown Lottery 2010 ticket purchased.
    2. Scratch the Helmet, and if it says 'Congratulations, you have won...' fill in your name and address and return it to:
      • Friends of the Riders Inc.

      • S4N 5T6
    3. Scratch and Win Pak prizes must be accepted as awarded. (No Substitution)
  7. All decisions regarding the Draw, its results and the awarding of prizes will be made by the auditing firm of Deloitte Chartered Accountants and their decisions will be final.
